Allerum – Packaging Redesign

Allerum Long Aged are high-quality cheeses, manufactured from traditional craftsmanship. I redesigned the packaging with the aim of creating a cleaner expression and a more premium feel than before, while keeping the tradition and craftsmanship. Making the different ageing times, organic and low-fat super clear was also important, in order to help the consumer pick the right cheese from the shelf.

Allerum Medium Aged cheeses are milder than the long aged ones and made to attract e.g. families with children, still with Allerum’s feel for craftsmanship, tradition and with a slight touch of premium. This was the first time Allerum launched medium aged cheese and I did the packaging design.
